Every piece is made to order after purchase. Production takes 2–3 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once it ships.

How long does my order take?
Can I cancel my order?
If production hasn't started, yes - get in touch as soon as possible. Once your piece is in production, we can't cancel it.
Can I change my shipping address?
Only before the order ships. The sooner you let us know, the better.
I haven't received a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, get in touch with your name and we'll sort it out.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union. Portugal from €4.90 (free over €80), Spain from €6.90 (free over €100), and the rest of the EU from €12.90 (free over €120). Shipping is calculated by order weight. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or destinations outside the EU.
How long does shipping take?
Portugal: 1–2 business days. Spain: 2–3 business days. Rest of the EU: 2–5 business days. All times are estimates from the moment the order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder.
My package is taking longer than expected.
Delivery times are estimates and delays can happen with carriers. Check your tracking link first, if there's no movement for more than 7 days, let us know and we'll investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Return shipping is at your cost, and we refund within 14 days. Defective or non-conforming items are covered separately under your statutory rights - we cover the return and refund or replace. See our full Return Policy.
How do I request a return?
Send us your order number, the reason for return, and photos if applicable. We'll review and reply within 2 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Shipping for exchanges is at your expense, both, the return and the new piece. This applies to size and preference exchanges only; faulty items are covered by us.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
My piece arrived damaged.
Send us photos of the damage. We'll replace it or refund you, no questions.

What is reactive ink?
Our pieces are printed with reactive ink that fades uniquely with every wash. No two pieces age the same way. This is intentional - it's part of the design, not a defect.
