Made to order. Limited releases. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be wanted. Production takes 2–3 working days, then shipping time on top. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent the moment it leaves.
All orders ship from Portugal — via DPD across mainland Portugal and the EU, and via SEUR within Spain.

- Portugal (Madeira & the Azores) — from 9.90€ · 2–4 business days · free over 80€
- Spain (mainland & Balearic Islands) — from 6.90€ · 2–3 business days · free over 100€
- Rest of the EU (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia) — from 12.90€ · 2–5 business days · free over 120€
Shipping is calculated by order weight, so the rate shown at checkout may be higher for larger orders. Delivery times are indicative and run from dispatch, not from the order date.
We currently ship within the EU only. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or any destination outside the zones listed above.
Taxes & duties All orders ship within the EU, so no customs fees or import duties apply.
Damaged or lost parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at info@un-viral.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right. Please keep all packaging and any damaged items, as the carrier may need them to process a claim.
